

Hi, I’m Anna... and I’m a Recovering Control Freak.
Picture it: 2008. Life was shiny and bright… until it wasn’t.
Just weeks after having my second child, I was knee‑deep in a messy divorce—exhausted, overwhelmed, and desperately searching for something to make me feel human again.
Enter yoga.
I wasn’t chasing enlightenment; I just needed a lifeline.
Meditation? Terrifying.
Running? Absolutely not.
But yoga? It gave me strength, clarity, and a little space to breathe. My mat became the one place I could fall apart and somehow start putting myself back together.
Fast‑forward a few years: after practicing at We Be Yoga and falling in love with its community, I decided to get certified. Now, I teach classes that are energetic, supportive, and just the right amount of spicy.
You might cry. You might dance. You may even hear Guns N’ Roses.
My goal is simple: help you feel strong, grounded, and supported—without needing to be perfect. If you’re a control freak, a first‑timer, or just a human trying to figure it out, you’re in the right place.
