I am a corporate wellness consultant, 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, and talent acquisition leader with a passion for helping individuals and organizations thrive.
For more than a decade, I have worked in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, leadership, and workforce development, partnering with leaders and teams to navigate growth, change, performance challenges, and employee engagement. Through that experience, I gained firsthand insight into the realities of workplace stress, burnout, and the increasing demands placed on today's professionals.
My work bridges the worlds of business and wellness. Drawing from my background in leadership and talent management, I combine evidence-informed yoga, mindful movement, breathwork, and nervous system regulation practices to help people build resilience, improve focus, manage stress, and sustain performance without sacrificing well-being.
As a yoga teacher, I create accessible and supportive experiences that meet people where they are. Whether I am leading a corporate wellness program, facilitating a workshop, teaching a yoga class, or working with private clients, my goal is to provide practical tools that help people feel stronger, more balanced, and better equipped to navigate both work and life.
I believe wellness should be approachable, sustainable, and relevant to the challenges people face every day. Through corporate wellness initiatives, leadership-focused workshops, private coaching, and yoga instruction, I help individuals and organizations cultivate healthier, more engaged, and more resilient communities.
